Cancellations, Modifications and Combined Shipping

Cancellations or modifications may be made within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to your order being dispatched. Cancellations or modifications may not be not accepted during major events and sales and are at the discretion of Statice Paper Co. If you need to cancel or modify your order please see the Contact Us page.

If you would like to combine shipping on multiple outstanding orders please leave a note at checkout or see the Contact Us page. Any excess shipping charges will be refunded when combining multiple orders. 

 

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Goods

Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

However, mistakes can happen despite our best efforts. If your item appears damaged or your order is incorrect please contact us and provide the following information.

  • Details of the issues. 
  • An image of the item/s displaying the issues.
  • Your name and order number.

Once reviewed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Statice Paper Co takes no responsibility for damages or issues which occur during transit or regarding shipping. Please contact Australia Post.

 

Shipping and Customs

Shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, holiday periods, etc. We recommend waiting another 1-2 weeks following the estimated delivery time before contacting us.

If you have yet to receive your items 3 weeks after the dispatch date for domestic shipping or 6 weeks after the dispatch date for international shipping please contact us.

We are not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other requirements  issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the customer.

All Statice Paper Co products packaged in a cellophane bag and are shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer for protection during transit.
